Y’all know I love a good workout, but I also love staying at home…in my pj’s. This is where my REAL love comes through with at-home workouts. Seriously, they are so underrated.
This week my food wasn’t pretty. There was little to Instagram and seriously zero inspired recipes. This week, I kept it simple.
After a few tough weeks with my dissertation and work schedule I was run down.
If I could change one thing about the wellness culture, I would have us be LESS informed. I don’t mean uneducated, I mean less inundated. Less saturated with diet talk and body-image to-do lists.
Sundays are by far one of my most favorite days. They bring with them a sort of slow that’s just undeniable and oh so enjoyable. Something else that comes with Sunday? Meal prep.
Who has some sore muscles right now??? This week has been a doozy for my rear and hammies and I’m not mad about it (peach emoji).

Have you noticed the “self-care” buzzword all over social media? I mean, for real.
You know I’m an advocate for eating intuitively and not being too strict with your food choices. But, you also probably know that I’m all about pursuing wellness.
Who else is LOVING 2018 so far??? This month has been such a fun four weeks as I’ve had the opportunity to chat LIVE with so many wonderful ladies about what healthy means for them!
