I LOOOOVE Christmas. Thanksgiving night we always kick off the season with Christmas Vacation and then spend the next few days blaring all the best carols and decorating every inch of our home.

When December rolls around, so too do all the gift guides. I thought about contributing in the same way this year, by providing you with wonderful ideas for all your fit friends.
When it comes to a healthy lifestyle, I often encourage people to build healthy habits and not rely on restriction. Because let’s face it….restriction doesn’t work.
I first participated in organized sports at the age of 6. I played little league baseball (not softball) so I could play with my guy cousins. We were the orioles and we were awesome.
