Active Made Easy Fitness Challenge

Hey, Boss.  I know you.  Whether you’re a Mom, a Student, an Entrepreneur, or a Corporate beast, you all have something in common.  You all want to be healthy and fit so you can live your best life.  Sure, your reasons are different, but your goals are the same.  You have little time and you need to prioritize it well.  You want to be fit, without having to spend the big bucks and manage some overly complicated routine.

I’m glad you’re here.  

When I started my blog 9 months ago I had one big vision in mind; to demystify fitness and make it available for everyone.  Working out and getting fit is not rocket science, but it’s easy to get caught in analysis paralysis trying to pick the “perfect” routine (believe me, I’ve been there).

To help push my vision along, I’ve created a new fitness challenge just for you!  The point of this challenge is to help you see just how accessible fitness is.  You’ll realize that you don’t need to spend hours and hours at the gym, or obsess about getting in all the perfect exercises.  This challenge is about moving your body (at-home or in the gym, I might add), and feeling better heading in to the coming holiday season!

This 30 day challenge starts October 1st, and will include the following:

Weekly Accountability

Do-Anywhere Workouts


Goals of the Challenge

After this challenge, it is my hope that you will feel confident in your workouts.  You will understand how to build workouts and mix and match your schedule so your fitness is well-rounded.  The most important thing, though, is that you’ll have a HABIT.

On top of these, you’ll be stronger, motivated, and ready to finish this year better than the last!  The best part?  You’ll need minimal equipment to complete this challenge.
