Week 2 – #myhealthymeans Wrap Up

Heeeey Friends!  We’ve wrapped up the second week of the #myhealthymeans campaign and maaaan, was it a good one.  I spoke with three amazing women, with wonderful wisdom.

Before we dive into all the notes from this week, I wanted to remind you that you can join in on the campaign by using the hashtag!  My favorite way is to use this printable and share what healthy means to you.

Ok…without further ado, here’s the notes and resources mentioned this week.

Tuesday – Pleasantly Paleo

Brittany and I talked all about how paleo works for her, but how she also has created a lifestyle around it…with nothing truly being off limits.

Some of the resources we talked about were: PaleOMG, Fed and Fit, and Tessemae’s Salad Dressing

Thursday – Charleston Fit Foodie

I had a great time talking to Dominique about how she balances eating real, whole foods without restriction.

We got on a major tangent about food and ended up giving all kinds of product recommendations! Chomps, RxBar, GT’s Kombucha, New Primal

Saturday – Donut Eating Dietitian

Ashley is a wealth of knowledge on all things intuitive eating and mindfulness.  We had an incredible conversation about how we can actually eat intuitively and not just vaguely “listen to our bodies”.

She recommended some great resources: Imma Eat That, The Real Life RD, Nutrition Matters Podcast, Food Psych Podcast

If you would like to watch the replay of our live convos…go here! (I wasn’t able to tape them all, so bare with me!)

Set your calendars for this week’s interviews!
