Eat, Live, Move

#myhealthymeans January Campaign Wrap Up!

Who else is LOVING 2018 so far???  This month has been such a fun four weeks as I’ve had the opportunity to chat LIVE with so many wonderful ladies about what healthy means for them!

There’s not much to say about the campaign other than “wow!” and “thank you!”.  It was such an amazing experience to discuss with each of you what healthy means for you and I hope it doesn’t stop, now that it’s February (keep using that hashtag)!!!

To wrap things up, here are the notes for the last three live conversations I had! (And if you missed it you can find all the other recommendations for Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3)

Jen Diaz

Jen is an Exercise Physiologist from Nashville and loves all things fitness and wellness.  We talked a ton about goal setting and how to approach your goals with a healthy mindset.

Specifically, she recommended: “Finish” by Jon Acuff and “Braving the Wilderness” by Brene Brown.

Kelsey Wolfe

Last Thursday I was able to go live with Kelsey who has transitioned out of the diet mentality and into intuitive eating.

Her top recommendations were Intuitive Eating, ImmaEatThat, and The Real Life RD.

Amy Hanneke

As a registered dietitian Amy approaches nutrition with a non-diet, Health at Every Size approach.  She recently started her own practice where she works one-on-one and with small groups to heal relationships with food and live healthfully AND happily.

We chatted about some of the same recommendations as Kelsey, but also mentioned Body Kindness.  Amy has also recently started several bootcamps and resources for those wanting to move into intuitive eating.  You can find all the info on her website!

Now that January is over, I’ll be back to my regular blogging schedule, so be sure to sign up here to stay up to date!
